The load-bearing structure of the residential building consists of reinforced concrete walls 20 cm thick.
Thermal insulation
The thermal envelope of the building consists of a facade of mineral wool with an average thickness of 12 cm
Sound insulation
The apartments are separated by an additional layer of sound and heat insulation on both sides of the wall.
Cooling
Cooling of the apartments will be through air conditioning units, and all outdoor air conditioning units will be located on the roof
Gas heating
The building will be connected to the EVN Croatia gas network.
Underfloor heating
The heating of the apartments will be through underfloor heating. The apartments will be equipped with gas boilers for hot water preparation.
Finishing coatings
The final floor coverings in the apartments are parquet in the living room and rooms, and ceramic tiles in the bathroom, kitchen and loggia.
